Introduction
Interface to the BarelyFitz JavaScript SlideShow.
The BarelyFitz JavaScript SlideShow, at it's simplest, allows you to have a number of images that swap over time (without a roundtrip to the web server).
For a full description of the BarelyFitz JavaScript SlideShow go to http://www.barelyfitz.com/projects/slideshow.
How to Use
Install the module just like any other DNN module.
Add the PSof.SlideShow module to the page you want (you can put multiple independent PSof.SlideShow modules in a single page if you like). Adjust the Module title to be what you want. You should then see something like:-

Slide Show Settings
Once you have the module on a page the next thing to do is adjust features of the overall slide show.
From the module "Settings" expand the "SlideShow Settings". Below is an example of what it looks like with the help expanded. More details can be found at http://www.barelyfitz.com/projects/slideshow.

Note: Of particular interest to most people will be Filter. This supports image transitions (for users using Microsoft Internet Explorer). Examples of strings that can be used are Fade, Pixelate, Slide etc. For examples of what can experimented with go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/samples/author/dhtml/DXTidemo/DXTidemo.htm and test the transitions. It's also worth noting that parameters can be passed so (for example) GradientWipe(GradientSize=0.25,wipestyle=0,motion=forward) is also valid.
Add Slide
Once you have adjusted the features of the overall slide show you can add each of the individual slides by using "Add Slide". Below is an example of parameters that can be adjusted for each slide (with the help expanded). More details can be found at http://www.barelyfitz.com/projects/slideshow.
Note: New images can be uploaded directly from the "Add Slide" page using "Upload New File".

Cost
Only £19.99 (including VAT). The module zip will be emailed to you soon after purchase.
For those of you who prefer, this module has also been made available at Snowcovered.
